We want you to be completely satisfied with your silk saree purchase.
Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@kanishkasilks.com within the specified timeframe.
✓ Items That Are Eligible:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging
✗ Items That Are NOT Eligible:
- Sarees with fall or pico work done
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration
- Items without original tags or packaging
Please Note: Slight variations in color and texture are natural characteristics of silk fabrics and handwoven sarees. These are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns based on these reasons.

Send Item to Our Warehouse
Ship the item to our Bengaluru warehouse at your cost unless the product is defective.

Inspection
Once your return is received and inspected at our Bengaluru warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

Refund Initiated
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds typically reflect in your account within 5–7 working days after initiation. This timeline is based on standard banking processes and may vary depending on your bank.
Refund Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If you paid via Cashfree, the refund will be credited back to your bank account through the same payment gateway.
Free Return Shipping: If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Customer Paid: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for standard returns or exchanges.
